Real-time or nothing
Calendars are only useful if they're current. Every sync is near-instant, with no polling delays.
Built by educators, for educators. We keep class schedules in sync across Teams, Outlook and Google Calendar — automatically.
Our story
Calendo was born from LS2's work supporting Quebec CEGEPs on their digital transformation. Working alongside IT teams and registrars, we kept seeing the same operational pain on the schedule side: every term, schedules changed three or four times before the first week was over. Rooms reassigned, sections merged, online formats swapped for in-person. And the teachers never knew. From that experience, our team realized this work could be done much better.
So we dedicated ourselves to building it. A platform that reads the student information system (SIS/ERP) schedule feed and pushes it to Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Calendar with the right color codes, the right room, the right format — every time the schedule changes. Calendo is what that commitment became.
Today Calendo is part of LS2 Innovation, alongside Teameo (for Microsoft Teams) and Classeo (for Moodle). Same philosophy — remove the glue work, let teachers teach.

What we care about
Calendars are only useful if they're current. Every sync is near-instant, with no polling delays.
Instructor notes, colors, and custom titles stay put. A resync should never erase human work.
Bilingual by default. Works with every major ERP used in CEGEPs and universities across the province.
